She is a Tajik singer, not irani or Afghan, if you still insist she is Afghan, see her vids on youtube where she is performing in DoShanbeh(capital in tajikistan), singing with Leyla Forohar in same city and singing duets with other Tajik singers
But she does perform with lots of Afghan performers.
